Our guide arbors are machined from 316 Stainless Steel and offer great corrosion and wear resistance. Our guide arbors can be custom-made to fit a variety of different guide types and sizes.
Manufactured in-house from 316 Stainless Steel. Custom made to meet a range of standard and metric sizes. Standard sizing from .018”-.250” and Metric sizing .45mm – 6.5mm.
Our brass electrodes are extruded from very high-quality materials and offered in many standard lengths and diameters. We can also special-order custom sizes and rod materials to fit our customers’ needs. We offer electrodes in SBE (single brass electrode) and MCBT (Multi-Channel Brass Tube), Coreless tubes, and 2 or 3 channel tubes. We stock many standard size electrodes commonly used by aircraft and turbine engine manufacturers. Intended to fit the very tight tolerances required by aircraft and turbine engine manufacturers. We offer guide tips in .125, .1875, .250 and .375 diameters.
Our collet tools are custom made in our facility from 316L stainless steel. This material offers a very high level of corrosion resistance in the harsh dielectric water environment. This grade of stainless steel also offers a noticeable amount of mechanical wear resistance in the constant tool changes that production machining requires.
Our tooling is built with various applications in mind. We machine our guide extensions in-house from 316 Stainless steel. guide extensions are used to attach guide tips to Guide Arbors. These are machined at custom lengths to give our customers the reach they need with their drill head to reach into hard-to-get spaces. The standard-length guide extensions being 2” can also be custom-built up to 10” in length to provide the extra reach in or around various fixtures and parts setups. Our standard guide extensions are designed to work with our standard guide tip diameter or .1875(3/16). Customs sizes are available.
Our DNA collets are made in house from 316 Stainless Steel. This style of collet is popular in the medical industry and are generally more appropriate for smaller electrode or drill sizes. These can be cut to accommodate electrode sizes between .010-.075” or .25mm- 2.0mm
Single collets can be cut to fit a range of sizes within .005 minus the maximum size or .15 mm.
*For example, a collet that is cut for a .020 electrode may also work for a .015 electrode but will not work for a .025.
Do-it-yourself kit includes- seals, bearings, brush, belt, Loctite, and hardware.
Can be added to DI water filtration system for better conductivity and rust control.
